The Lyndeborough Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet Friday, April 23, 2021 at 7:00pm at CENTER HALL (1131 Center Road) to hear the following case:

Variance Request for relief of Zoning Ordinance 703.6.2, Map 206, Lot 06 at 954 Mountain Road 

Owners Sally Curran would like to build an unconnected Accessory Dwelling Unit as her primary residence.   She is seeking relief from being required to have a common interior door between the units.  Due to underground utilities, the plan is to have the buildings six-feet apart with a connecting porch.

Due to COVID-19, facemasks and social distancing are required.
