Burn Permits

To request a burn permit, please call (603) 831-3355.

If there is no answer, please leave your name, number, and the date and time. The Fire Officer on duty will return your call.

The NH Division of Forests and Lands website also has an online permitting system. From the website you can apply for a burn permit, subscribe to receive daily notifications of each day's Fire Danger classification, or choose to follow @NHForestRangers on Twitter. You may also call 1-866-643-4737 (toll free) to listen to the automated daily Fire Danger classification.
