The Lyndeborough Planning Board and Road Agent will the meet on-site with the applicant for a driveway location review on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 5:30pm at 971 Mountain Road.
Two-Lot Subdivision, Map 206, Lot 25, 971 Mountain Road - Driveway Location Review
Leonard F. and Marjorie Caouette propose a two-lot subdivision from an existing lot of 13.842 acres. The subdivision would create a new lot of 5.717 acres and the remaining 8.125 acres to remain with an existing house. The property has road frontage on Mountain Road and Schoolhouse Road.
