Welcome to our new site!
October 1, 2025
We hope that you find this new site easier to use and more informative than our old one. If you see anything you would like to add or change, please contact Jen Weston. We are especially looking for photos from any era of the Town and residents.
A few helpful hints for this site:
- All documents are now stored on a “Documents” page, instead of being available from a particular Board or Department’s page. We have tried to make it as user friendly as possible, but any suggestions to improve that are welcome. If the link next to the document says “Open” then it is a link to another website and if it says “Download” then it is a document that is available directly from our website.
- The Town of Lyndeborough now has a Google calendar that is available from the Home (splash, teaser, or whatever you may wish to call it) page. Agendas and relevant documents (once they become available) for meetings are linked directly to the calendar event. They are also available on the Documents page as a link (click “Agendas” from the Documents page and then choose the Board or Committee whose agenda you want to see). Minutes, when they become available, will also be linked to the event in the calendar, as well as through the “Meeting Minutes” section of the Documents page.
- The old site had a “Departments” section and a “Boards & Committees” section, but the new site has them all under one “Boards, Committees & Departments” page, in alphabetical order. Some of those have enough content that they also have a link to a separate page dedicated to them. If you are part of a Town Board, Committee, or Department and would like to have a separate page for content about that entity, please let us know and we will try to work with you to make that happen (if it’s possible).
- “News” is still included on the home page, but we hope you find it easier to find items. The old site had a random order for News items, but this one puts them in chronological order based on the date we assign to it. If it is something that needs to stay on the home page for a while, we can use a future date to keep it in the top spot. For the most part, we will assign it the date that it happened (or will happen).
Thank you & we hope you find something useful here!
