Lyndeborough Emergency Shelter Move

Selectmen recently approved work on Citizens’ Hall electric panel to accomodate the 2nd floor access to our emergency generator. The town’s emergency shelter was previously at LCS, but the Emergency Management Director felt the facilities at Citizens’ Hall were better suited for emergency use. Additionally, the generator at LCS required significant repair for long-term use. Chief Smith has notified the proper authorities.
